New England, New York and New Jersey
This is the shortest and busiest inbound corridor. A Boston pickup loaded in the morning can be in Quebec the next day.
The density of this corridor is what sets its price. Our trucks head down loaded and are looking for a return either way: on a Northeast pickup, you pay for a return leg rather than a round trip. It is also the area where we can most often offer a next-day pickup.
The Champlain–Lacolle, Highgate Springs–Saint-Armand and Derby Line–Stanstead crossings shape the passage. Our partner carriers use them daily, with the usual delays at peak periods and around US public holidays.
The New York and New Jersey metropolitan area has its own constraint: congestion, traffic restrictions and narrow receiving windows. A Newark pickup is planned around the warehouse access time, not around the distance.
